I had DM Elite complete my roof a few months back. The owner assured me everything would be taken care of but after a... while I was the person following up with him to go over the process once they started the job I find out I have a different project manager that never communicated with me. Until the first job was done and I was asking if they had completed the job with the upgrades that were paid for. He professed to my claim representative it was done. An inspection was completed after the initial roof was installed verifying the upgrades were “not installed”. They had to reinstall a new roof with the requested upgrades after they offered me $1k for me to let it go. The second roof was installed correctly but after I had to make sure I was diligent in my observation of proper completion. I am thankful they completed the job but it was still a hassle making sure the job was done correctly and I had to take time off of work to make sure it was done correctly. I am happy I was paying attention because i would how would I have known it was completed correctly. I wouldn’t recommend DM Elite after what I had to go through.read more

USAA assigned DM Elite for my claim.My case manager from DM Elite was Adrian.He was very responsive, informative and... also professional.Holidays made schedule for everyone little hectic but he arranged them and updated schedules for contractors really well with timely manner.I personally think, any contractors can do any jobs that needs to be done around house.However, What makes DM Elite so distinguished and special from other contractors is that They CARE about the customers with GREAT COMMUNICATION!I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who wants to avoid contractors who is not able to reach or not punctual.read more

This past summer we hired DM Elite to put up new siding on our house and to paint. The siding crew was generally very... good but In the process of putting up the siding the workers broke two windows. Although we planned to have the windows replaced eventually that never should have happened and some sort of compensation should have been offered but none ever was. Additionally, trash from the siding work was left in our back yard for six weeks - we repeatedly called or texted (calling never got a response) and asked when the waste would be removed and were promised that it would be done, "By the end of the week." That game went on for four weeks - promises, no debris removed, more promises - eventually we had to hire someone else to remove the debris. The house painters were just as bad - sloppy caulking, lighting fixtures not reattached to the house, and poor touchup - we had to call and complain for them to fix the poor work. To this day I still find areas of the new siding that were not painted and have to do it myself. When the painting supervisor was present work was done right but in general the supervisor wasn't always present. Would not recommend or use DM Elite again.read more

Our roof started leaking after just 3 years. We were not told how long the warranty is for, they came and checked the... damage but never came back to fix the problem. He (Danny) will not return our calls. The warranty should be longer than 3 years. We need a copy of the warranty and the problem fixed.read more

DM Elite Llc did an amazing job transforming my cookie cutter, tract home, into a custom home that is the envy of the... neighborhood. From new flooring throughout the house to totally reimagined kitchen and baths, improvements in the overall flow, functionality and storage capacity have been maximized. Danny’s vision for my home far exceeded what I could thought I would be able to afford. Everything done was a huge upgrade to what was put in this house when it was built from a custom walk-in shower to all wood cabinets to beautiful fixtures. The crews were courteous, professional and took great care in planning their tasks so I was not only able to live in my house through the renovations, but able to continue babysitting my grandkids. They took all Covid precautions so I never felt at risk. I would not hesitate in recommending DM Elite Llc. They highly deserve a 5-star rating and more.read more
